By MANILA, Philippines — The heat index is forecast to peak at 41°C in Sangley Point, Cavite City and Zamboanga City on Sunday, the state weather bureau said Saturday afternoon.
In its 5 p.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the heat index in the said areas will be under the the extreme caution category ( 33°C to 41°C).
