By MANILA, Philippines — While hot and humid weather is forecast across the country on Black Saturday, localized thunderstorms and cloudy skies are possible, especially in Visayas and Mindanao, the state weather bureau said on Good Friday.
In the 5 p.m. weather forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration, weather specialist Obet Badrina said that high pressure in the northern part of the country will bring hot weather this weekend.
