By MANILA, Philippines – Philippine authorities on Wednesday arrested four people and seized nearly P2.4-million worth of petroleum products in a crackdown on illegal trading in Albay province, the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said Friday.
The agency said the operation, conducted in Barangay Maipon in coordination with the Department of Energy, resulted in the confiscation of three portable fuel dispensers holding 500 liters and one tanker containing 100 liters of gasoline and diesel.
