By MANILA, Philippines — Most of the country will experience cold weather on Sunday due to the northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
“We will experience cold weather today because of the northeast monsoon. Currently, the amihan is affecting a large part of our country,” Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar D. Aurelio said during the 5 a.m. forecast.
