By MANILA, Philippines — A low-pressure area (LPA) formed outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Monday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
According to Pagasa, the LPA has a “low chance” of developing into a tropical depression in the next 24 hours.
