By Three weather systems will affect the Philippines in the next 24 hours, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA’s early Wednesday morning forecast.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over the Bicol Region, Palawan, and the Visayas because of the shear line and easterlies.
