By Cloudy skies with occasional light rains will continue to prevail over much of Luzon in the next 24 hours as the northeast monsoon remains the dominant weather system, while easterly winds will affect the rest of the country, PAGASA said on Sunday.
In its public weather forecast issued at 4 a.m., PAGASA said northern Luzon, including Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, and Apayao, will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the monsoon.
