MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies and showers are expected in parts of Luzon Thursday due to three weather systems—the shear line, easterlies, and the northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” the state weather bureau said.
In its 5 a.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the three weather systems will affect the Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and the Ilocos region.
