By LEGAZPI CITY — An 18-year-old man who went missing while swimming in Libon town in Albay on Friday, September 26, was found dead the morning of the following day.
Ian James Secillano, head of the municipal disaster risk reduction and management office, said the body of the victim was recovered by the responders in Bacolod River in Barangay (village) Bacolod at 6:40 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, Secillano said the young man joined a friend to swim on Friday afternoon but later went missing.
