By LUCENA CITY, Quezon – Operatives of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and police arrested four alleged fixers during an entrapment operation in Biñan City, Laguna, on Tuesday.
In a report, the LTO-Calabarzon said personnel from its Cabuyao City District Office, in coordination with agents of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)-Laguna, apprehended the suspects after they were allegedly caught offering renewal of driver’s licenses in exchange for money.
