MANILA* – Shearline, easterlies, and intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will continue to bring scattered rains over parts of the country, the weather bureau said on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the shearline will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over the Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
