*MANILA*, Philippines – Three weather systems will cause rain throughout the country on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to shear lines will prevail across the Visayas, Bicol Region, Mimaropa, Quezon, and Aurora.
The same weather conditions will prevail in Caraga due to easterlies.
