By MANILA, Philippines — Three suspects were killed and one individual was hurt after a Quezon City buy-bust operation turned into a shootout on Tuesday afternoon, the Philippine National Police Drug Enforcement Group (PNP) said.
Operatives had been working on police intelligence reports and arranged to meet up with the suspects in Barangay Socorro, Cubao, PNP DEG Director Brig. Gen. Elmer Ragay said in an interview with reporters.
