By ZAMBOANGA CITY — Police arrested two high-value individuals (HVIs) and seized around PHP13.6 million worth of shabu in a buy-bust here Friday night.
Lt. Col. Abell Laborte, officer-in-charge of the Philippine National Police – Drug Enforcement Group Special Operations Unit-Zamboanga Peninsula, reported that suspects alias “Ungod,” 45, and alias “Choy,” 23, residents of Barangay Baliwasan and Barangay San Roque, respectively, were caught around 10:30 p.m. near a laundry shop in Baliwasan.
