By Two fishermen were killed and another was wounded after an improvised explosive device they were allegedly using for illegal fishing prematurely exploded in the waters off Dasol, Pangasinan on Saturday afternoon, August. 1.
The fatalities and the survivor were identified as residents of Zambales province, according to the Pangasinan Provincial Police Office.
Police said further investigation indicated that the victims were allegedly engaged in blast fishing using an improvised explosive device when it detonated unexpectedly.
