By Two police officers were killed after a buy-bust operation in Bocaue, Bulacan, escalated into a shootout, according to a report by Dano Tingcungco on 24 Oras Weekend Sunday.
One officer was shot in the head while pursuing an unidentified suspect and died on the spot. The second officer sustained gunshot wounds to the body and later succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at a hospital.
Meanwhile, the suspect managed to seize a police officer’s firearm before fleeing toward Pandi town.
