MANILA, Philippines — A yellow rainfall warning was raised in parts of Quezon and Laguna on Sunday morning due to a low pressure area, the state weather bureau said.
In an advisory issued at 8 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that a yellow warning level (be alert), which indicates rainfall between 7.5 millimeters (mm) and 15 mm, is expected over the following areas for the next three hours:
