By MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair and warm weather is expected in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon on Friday (April 11) due to the easterlies, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In a public weather forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Domiguez said despite the fair weather, they are not ruling out the possibility of short-term rains.
(We expect the entire Luzon to experience clear weather but we should expect the heat brought by the easterlies.)
