By MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Huaning is forecast to exit the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) Tuesday morning, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In its 5:00 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa reported that Huaning was last spotted some 650 kilometers east-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.
The tropical depression is forecast to move generally northward and may pass near or over the Ryukyu Islands within the day after it exits the PAR.
