By MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Ester is forecast to exit the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) Saturday morning as it moved over the sea east of Taiwan, the state weather bureau said.
In its 5 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that Ester was located some 380 kilometers north-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes at 4 a.m.
