By MANILA, Philippines — Isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected across the country on Sunday, according to the state weather bureau.
In its 5 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the southwest monsoon, or habagat, continues to affect the western sections of Northern and Central Luzon.
