By MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather is observed in most of the country including Metro Manila on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In the 5 a.m. weather forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Veronica Torres reported that there are barely any clouds seen over most of the archipelago, indicating “fair weather.”
Torres highlighted the case for Luzon, saying “We are also seeing, as mentioned, fair weather conditions throughout Luzon, including Metro Manila where we only have chances of localized thunderstorms.”
