By MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Storm Ramil is set to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Monday morning, the weather bureau said.
As of 3 a.m., Ramil was moving northwest at 25 kilometers per hour (kph), about 350 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported.
