By MANILA, Philippines — Rainy weather is forecast all over the country on Wednesday due to the effects of the northeast monsoon (amihan), easterlies, shear line, and Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), the state weather bureau said.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the shear line is bringing scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms to Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, and Quezon.
