By MANILA, Philippines – The shear line, the northeast monsoon, and the easterlies will continue to bring cloudy skies and rain over most parts of the country, according to the weather bureau.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the northeast monsoon or “amihan” would bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
