*MANILA*, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said parts of the country will experience cloudy skies and rains on Thursday, January 23, due to three weather systems.
In a morning weathercast, Pagasa specialist Chenel Dominguez said the shear line will bring overcast skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms to the Bicol Region, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, Capiz, and Northern Samar.
