By Nadine Lustre disclosed that the court has sentenced the male netizen she sued in 2025 for violation of the Safe Spaces Act over a “triggering” Instagram comment.
The actress spoke about the case during the media conference for her series “Love, Siargao” on Wednesday, July 8, where the topic of bashing and online harassment on social media were discussed.
“Merong nag-comment sa Instagram ko, medyo ano siya, trigger warning,” she recalled, as reported by Bandera. “May nag-comment kasi sa Instagram ko na I would say leading towards online sexual harrassment na siya.”
