By Matteo Guidicelli said he will not file a case against the driver of the SUV that rammed into the al fresco dining area of his restaurant last Feb. 8, noting that the latter was an “innocent woman who panicked.”
Guidicelli reiterated that fortunately, there were no customers at the al fresco area when the incident happened. However, the vehicle rammed into the establishment’s stock room where two of his staff members were at. The staff members were immediately taken to the hospital for medical assistance.
