By GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite – President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday inaugurated the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (Calax) Subsection 3, which is expected to cut travel time between Biñan City, Laguna, and General Trias, Cavite, from one hour to 26 minutes.
With the newly opened segment, the operational length of Calax now spans 26 kilometers from the Mamplasan Entry in Biñan, Laguna, accommodating additional 6,000 motorists daily.
