MANILA, Philippines — Some parts of the country will have rainy weather on Friday due to the low-pressure area (LPA) east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In a morning forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Obet Badrina said the LPA will specifically affect the eastern parts of Visayas, Mindanao, and the Bicol Region.
