By Liza Soberano, Charo Santos, Dingdong Dantes and Manny Jacinto will lend their voices to the upcoming animated series “Sun Chaser,” which is set to launch its first episode at the 2026 Annecy International Animation Film Festival in June.
“Sun Chaser” was confirmed by Variety on Monday, April 20, noting that the animated series is helmed by an all-Filipino team led by Bobby Pontillas and Bernard Badion. The film is also created by the Philippines’ Toon City and PlayLab studios, with the Soberano-co-owned Funny Face Films as one of its co-producers.
