By MANILA, Philippines — Palace Press Officer Claire Castro on Thursday said that the authentication of the so-called “Cabral files,” which she now referred to as the “Leviste Files,” is in the hands of the Office of the Ombudsman.
Castro made the statement when asked to react to Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste’s latest claims implicating the Office of the President (OP) as the supposed proponent of P8 billion worth of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) projects.
