By An Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) will bring rains over Mindanao and parts of Luzon on Sunday, respectively, according to PAGASA’s weather forecast.
Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan may expect cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Habagat affecting the western section of Luzon. Flash floods or landslides may result due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
