By This was the comment of Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) chair Andres Reyes Jr. on the recent surrender of contractor Sarah Discaya to the National Bureau of Immigration (NBI) and the cancellation of the passport of former Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Zaldy Co.
On Tuesday, Discaya’s lawyer said Discaya had surrendered to the NBI, despite no warrant being issued against her yet, The contractor’s surrender came after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said earlier that day that a warrant of arrest for her was expected to be issued within the week.
