By LUCENA CITY, Quezon– Despite rainy weather conditions, four localities in Cavite, Quezon, and Rizal recorded high heat index levels on Thursday.
In a public advisory posted on Facebook, the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) of Atimonan, Quezon, reported a heat index of 43 degrees Celsius at 11:59 a.m., based on data from the local government’s Automated Weather Station (AWS).
