The Nationals remained at the 34th spot in the latest FIBA world rankings released at the end of the continental qualifiers around the globe.

Gilas also maintained its status as seventh best in Asia following world No. 30 China and ahead of No. 35 Jordan.

There’s actually no movements in the ranking of the Top 8 countries in the Asia-Pacific with Australia still steady as the No. 7 ranked in the world followed by Japan at No. 21.

New Zealand, which defeated Gilas 87-70 on its home turf, is the third best in the region at No. 22, with Iran at No. 28 and Lebanon No. 29 following suit.
Chinese Taipei, after pulling off the massive upset of Gilas in the window, jumped four rungs from its previous position to land at No. 75.
