The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued an advisory at 1:15 p.m. today, listing areas currently experiencing and expecting thunderstorms — namely, Sogod, Catmon, Carmen, Danao City, Compostela, Consolacion, Liloan, Mandaue City, Cebu City, Talisay City, Lapu-Lapu City, Cordova, and Minglanilla.
