By MANILA — The resignation of Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) Commissioner Rossana Fajardo is part of the “natural flow of things,” the Ombudsman said Saturday, as questions mount on how the probe on flood control projects would push through given the recent departure of its commissioners.
Fajardo confirmed on Friday that she has tendered her courtesy resignation from the body probing flood control anomalies, effective December 31, 2025. In a statement, she said that she has “completed the work I set out to accomplish when I was appointed.”
