By CEBU, Philippines — Cebu is heading into a generally fair-weather weekend, with the state weather bureau forecasting warm days and brief, localized rain showers across Metro Cebu and the rest of the province.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday that the Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies from November 28 to December 2, with temperatures ranging between 26 and 33 degrees Celsius depending on the day.
