By MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather is expected in most parts of the country on Thursday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In its 5 a.m. update, Pagasa Weather Specialist Chenel Dominguez reported that the low-pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is no longer directly affecting any part of the country. It was last located 360 kilometers west of Bacnotan, La Union.
