MANILA, Philippines — The easterlies are forecast to bring rain over parts of Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
“In Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao regions, due to easterlies, we can expect cloudy skies with scattered rain showers,” Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said in Filipino in a morning forecast.
“As for Palawan, the rest of the Visayas, and Mindanao, we can expect clear weather but expect heat, especially in the afternoon and evening, mixed with rain,” she added.
