By CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu is no longer under a heavy rainfall outlook after the shear line weakened. However, cloudy skies with rain showers and possible thunderstorms will still affect the province on Wednesday, according to the state weather bureau.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Cebu was expected to experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with rain showers or thunderstorms on February 11, driven by lingering weather systems affecting the Visayas.
