Tropical Storm Gardo now inside PAR, Francisco about to exit – Pagasa

Tropical Storm Higos has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and was given the local name Gardo, the weather bureau said in its 5 p.m. bulletin Thursday. Gardo was last located 1,400 km east of extreme Northern Luzon, moving northwestward at 45 kph, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
