By Barbie Imperial is the latest celebrity to air her frustration over her electricity bill, following singer Cacai Mitra’s viral complaint about her own Meralco charges.
Imperial took to social media on Sunday, June 28, to express disbelief after receiving an electricity bill worth nearly P19,000 for her condominium unit.
“Yung mag-isa ka lang sa condo halos wala ka pa araw-araw dahil 12-14 hours ka sa taping. Meralco wild!!!” the actress wrote alongside a photo of her June 2026 Meralco bill, which showed a total amount due of P18,964.82.
