Organized by Raymond Gutierrez and Ash Rye (the minds behind the Opulence Ball), The New Nocturnals is a Halloween ball that puts the spotlight on dark glamor and avant-grande looks. This means that the Shooting Gallery Studios in Makati on Wednesday, Oct. 29, was transformed into an eerie space lined with decorations and curtains in dark shades.
