*MANILA*, Philippines — The northeast monsoon, shear line, and easterlies will bring rain and cloudy skies across the country on Friday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
According to Pagasa’s 4 a.m. weather forecast, a huge portion of Luzon will experience a rainy Friday due to the northeast monsoon or “amihan” and the shear line or the convergence of the cold and warm winds.
