By MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather with chances of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening will prevail over most parts of the country on Thursday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In its 5 a.m. forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said that generally fair weather is expected from morning to noon, with periods of hot conditions from noon to afternoon.
