MANILA, Philippines — Rains will continue to prevail in Mindanao and parts of Palawan and Visayas due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) while easterlies will bring hot weather in Luzon on Saturday, according to the state weather bureau.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that no low-pressure area or tropical cyclone is being monitored inside and outside the Philippine area of responsibility.
