By MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Mindanao will see overcast skies and rains on Tuesday while the rest of the country will have hot and humid weather, according to the weather state bureau.
In a morning forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said two weather systems — the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and easterlies — will mainly affect the country.
