By MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over the country on Sunday brought by two weather systems, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In its 5 a.m. forecast, the state weather bureau said the northeast monsoon will bring overcast skies with light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
The same weather system will bring slightly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Ilocos Norte.
